Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was nice, food was superb and the menus were extremely reasonably priced given the quality. Very much appreciated the covered parking space as well given the weather!
Helpful staff with good english. Excellent restaurant and breakfast choices.
For a stay of more than one night we would prefer a further choice in the restaurant for the evening meal. We would prefer a fixed shower head rather than a hand held one.
Great location, very nice staff, and wonderful gourmet food! In all a very relaxing stay and well placed for exploring the champagne region. And would be more than happy to stay again & again.
Quiet location. Dinner in the evening was faultless the service and quality of food couldn't be better.
The breakfast was very overpriced for the quality of food served. Hot breakfast served cold
Beautiful building, charming and helpful staff and really excellent restaurant. We had the cheapest room (small double) and it was more than adequate with a pretty, quirky antique furnishings and decoration. It was a privilege to stay there.
The room had limited storage, which may be an issue if staying for more than a couple of days. There is no air conditioning due to the age of the building, though there was an effective electric fan provided. A lot of stairs to the top floor, and no lift, which didn't bother us, but may be a concern for other visitors. All very minor things though.
Have stayed 10 years ago. Even better with Orangerie development. Very enjoyable.
The chateau and grounds were beautiful and the dinner was delicious. The small room we booked was very good value.
There was no air conditioning and the room was very hot as it was above average temperature outside, although there was a fan.
Hotel had character and excellent staff. Excellent restaurant if you want all the bells and whistles .
Service was slow in the restaurant but not a problems as it was very good and friendly. I suspect it was intentionally drawn out to allow guests to "savor the moment".
Having to wait a long time for food, it took 45 minutes before we got anything to eat or drink. I already filled in a full appraisal form, left in the room.
The restaurant was quite good. Reservations are required and the staff does not speak English.
I wish that the restaurant staff spoke English.
Everything, The room was perfect, the staff always happy to answer your questions. The meals at the chateau was the best I never had and we had supper twice and both time was as good.It is a great value for the price. I want to go back. I will recommand it to all my friends. The location is great, it is in a samll town but close to everything. Nice place to visit for Champagne productor right beside the chateau.
We are now regular visitors to the Chateau & we just love the location, the hotel & the staff are very nice & always helpful. The chateau is trully a perfect place
The amazing restaurant and the value for money of staying at such a chateau.
Fairytale chateau full of old world charm and in romantic setting. Excellent restaurant and very friendly staff who made an effort to make things easy for us and our 8 week old baby. The village is perfect for a quick stopover in champagne as it has 3 cellars in walking distance from the chateau. Excellent value for money.
the surroundings and atmosphere.
I did not like the fact that the maintenance of the hotel was not up to date, many years of neglect was easily seen, The windows particially. However, with nice company, it was a pleaseant stay. I have no problem recommanding the hotel to people, except for the price of it. So for people, not on budget, it can be a nice experiance.
